In particular, the Estates Team and Bournville Village Landscapes work together to ensure communal areas and green spaces we own are kept neat and tidy and that the built environment is managed and maintained to a high standard.
This is achieved through regular estate inspections, maintenance works (in areas owned by us), the enforcement of covenants and development control.
The estate management function is funded via the contributions paid by each household in the annual Stewardship Charge.
